Thank you for visiting the Better You Challenge on  My goal with the Better You Challenge is to increase as many lives as possible physically, spiritually, and mentally. 

Commit yourself to the monthly day challenge and you will see results.  It’s simple to follow:

In the last challenge, we picked up the mic and spit the truth.  We set different reminders with quotes and words for inspiration.  This challenge will be a continuation of that, in a sense.  This challenge will center around a phrase or action that you're trying to do for 20 days that you'll change about yourself.  

The key for this will be to invite at least one partner to help you stay focused, accountable & to give encouragement.  We are not meant to do this on our own.  One of the worst places a person can be placed... is Isolation. Yet we do it time and time again to ourselves. This is not a lone wolf strategy, this is a pack attack, to attack complacency and the like. We need folk in our lives to hold us accountable and support us.  Pray about it, then ask folk that will pick you up when you've fallen... to help you be a better you. 

If you don't have that person start the process yourself.   Make sure to add in your morning prayers for the Lord to reveal the person to you... & in turn... return the favor to help them hunt for their better versions!
